Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Verano Hill bag. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-refundable

How to return an item

1. Email support@veranohiill.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location
4. Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days), we'll process your refund

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or style, simply return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the exact item you want.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@veranohiill.com with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
